We dine in at Gourmet by Biggies burger: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore on 27th August 2023 and after paying the bill they said that I paid to some other outlet even after confirming with them. Then they asked me to pay again and I paid two times. They said that it will be refunded in 3 days but it has been 7 days since and I haven't received any payment yet even after multiple reminders. I want to take strict action agains such franchise and so that they don't fool costumers again.
