I would like to bring to your notice a fraudulent transaction involving your company, Big Root Retail Solutions.
I have not placed any order with your organization. However, a packet containing a charcoal face mask was delivered to my address. The actual product received is worth approximately Rs. 189, but I was charged Rs. 699, which I paid under the assumption that the order may have been placed by a family member.
Upon checking, I realized that no such order was placed by anyone from my family. This indicates a clear case of misuse of my personal details, which may have been sourced from other platforms without my consent. This incident appears to be a fraud/scam, and I am extremely concerned about data privacy and unauthorized use of my information.
I request:
An immediate explanation for this unauthorized order
A full refund of Rs. 699
Confirmation that my personal details have been removed from your database
Details of how my information was obtained
