Dear Sir/Madam, Sub : Garbage at Shastri Nagar opp Sainik School Main Gate Bijapur Karnataka. This complaint is in respect of garbage put by people in an open residential plot. Since past two years there is so much talking about clean India, but there is no actions taken by municipality to control this activity. There is hell lot of garbage thrown in an open plot beside heralgi house which falls in shastri nagar opp sainik school main gate. People of nearby houses facing lot of problems due garbage foul smell, pigs dying and tons of mosquitos. Municipality people clean the area once in a week or 10 days. as soon as it is cleaned within an hour the place is same as earlier with garbage. My question is who long the same procedure will be carried on and when there will be clean city or it is just for a name clean India. Why don't the municipality people fine the people who throw garbage, why cant a person be placed in that place for only few days to take a note of persons how throw garbage to see from where they come without letting them know that he is for inspection and place a notice to them with fine charges after looking for all the people who through waste. I think if a person stand there for only one day he can see max ppl throwing waste, no need of 4 to 5 days even. It is better to place a notice at that place who so ever throw waste will be fined at an amount fixed by Govt. I think until this procedure is applied nothing is going to happen. It is my request to have an immediate response at this situation, as it is getting more more worst. pictures uploaded are after cleaning the place within an hour or two.just imagine how it is without cleaning. Pictures uploaded are taken after cleaning and look at the coconut shells thrown, which is a cause of mosquito breeding. Request the concerned people to take an immediate reaction on the situation which is getting worst day by day. Thanking You.
