I have contact with this person through OLX (Mr. Bijendra Kumar) RC No. DL13SW5954 for buy 2nd hand Activa 5G Scooty and I have made payment of Rs. 19200/- on 29.06.2020 to this no. [protected] via Paytm. But, still, I have not received scooty from the owner's side, and now he denying to refund amount and delivery of scooty and asking for more payments. He is abusing phone calls during the conversation.
I request you to take strict action against this owner and resolve my problems as soon as possible. Please refund my amount through this owner who is a fraud.
