I was unable to appear for 1 paper during this year 7th semester examination due to Login issue's, i don't know wether the app was having any bug or what but i was not able to login although i started the login process 15 min prior the exam, still it only showed me Login error and white page !?
i tried with laptop & other mobiles installed the app again n again restart phone but nothing happed !! i tried evry possible way i could but no progress . . . i called BPUT procters & in helpline numbers but no response came !!
So, i informed in my colege mailed BPUT still no reply !!
I interacted in telegram & youtube i guess Lot's of students suffered this kind of Issues during this year 7th sem exam .
So, we need to unite and ask for any solution to this problem otherwise our career will be spoiled and another extra year wait for passing B.tech no job no help !!!
it is a big issue to be discussed otherwise why should we suffer for any mistake that is not apparently made by us !! any kind of technical issue during the exam or in app / login issue should be resolved by the university it is responsibility for that we can't suffer a loss of 1 year
