Bijyu's — Cancellation of Subscription

I have Byju subscription for myself and due to some reasons, I am not able to continue paying. They did not inform me that the payment is on loan and auto debit is also mandatory. This is straight FRAUD to parents who are mostly not informed clearly of the process.
I called them several times but they don't help.
I have been not using there product for last few months as well.
I request to take serious action against them so no other person are trapped in their scam.
