Bilkish — UAE Loans and credit cards

Address:560100

Dear all

Please read my comment very carefully. I am an ex NRI from UAE. I too had some unsettled credit cards and small LOANs. All the debts were initiated in 2006. However, I too had some phone calls to attend to from follow ups in Dubai. The debts remaining unpaid, I never returned to the UAE fearing all consequences. After a year, all phone calls stopped. Then, from 2010, calls started from unknown sources in Delhi, Bombay, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad etc. Now, the calls tell you that it's a huge debt, travel ban will be imposed, legal notice will be actioned, passport will be ceased. Sometimes the caller is introduced as SI of police, high court lawyer and so on. All this is a joke to get on your nerve of fear. Even I had nightmares about this. So I even forgot about travelling to UAE or any middle eastern country. In 2015, I contacted a malayalee lawyer operating in the UAE. I told him the issues. He charged me 5000rs, took my pp number and visa details. He called me after 3 days and told me to travel without any fear at all. I did travel to Dubai in October 2015, had a nice time in dubai for two months and returned.

My friends, when your debts are at 2000dhs, these chutiyas will claim for 200, 000dhs. 90 percent for small LOANs and credit card debts between the range of 2000 to 20000 has been written of[censored]nconditionally because of 2008 financial crisis. Please consult any given small time indian lawyer in the UAE settle your fear and worries. We do not owe anything to a third party. All the threats and dues that they talk about is pure fraud. The banks black listed me which is true. But they never approached the police for the issue.

So my kind request to you all. We sered our country by sending money home. People fall into crisis which is just humane. But my fellow Indians, never bow down in front of these rascals and frauds who don't have a decent job to do.

Contact a lawyer and see if any police complaint is pending against you. I have friends who flew to dubai was detained at the airport, taken to the police station and presented to the court. The judge asked only one question, have you taken LOAN and not repaid, why?.

Yes, I have and could not pay because of job loss and problems at home. The settlement was declared at 10% of actual. No questions asked. So find our the case and the actual amount filed with case. Live a free life and work harder. Some ##### from BILKISH sent me a letter just few days ago to settle 200, 000dhs for a card from Standard Chartered Bank. The debt was written off from the bank 9 years ago at 5789dhs.

Can you imagine that I am receiving a threat for 200, 000dhs. If these scums come to your houses, beat them, abuse them and hand them over to police.

Jai Hind
