Bill Desk Bpc — Amount debit from account but not credited to beneficiary

I was making a contribution of Rs- 10, 000 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway 0n 19th Jan 2022 but error message showing from bill desk end, prior to moving to NPS confirmation page, after successfully debited the amount from bank account .

Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.
