[Resolved]  Billjuction — Money was deducted 2 times by mistake, one transaction went to the right place but the other payment went to billjuction

0n 24 september 2022, i did a transaction of 90, 535 rupees to the bihar examination board patna. first payment was showing unpaid so i paid again, i showed the paid but apart from that the money was deducted one more time. after that i complained to the bank, the costumer care said that your problem will be fixed in 10 days. after 6 days i called the bank again then they said to contact where the money has sent. then i went to SBI bank and got the mini statement out for it, one payment was made to bihar examination board and one was to the Billjunction, then i talked to the service manager there he said that the transaction was sucessful, you have go where you have made payment and the service manager just made a complaint and said that the chances of getting money are less. then i did complain at billjuction site. when money was deducted, no call or massage came from e mail or phone number. plese solve my problem and get back my money.
