Billjunction.com — Money deducted from my account

On 15 th SEP, i made payment for my internet services through FOFI TV mobile app provided by BBNL internet service provider in Bnagalore. I have been making payments on this for many months. On 15 SEP 2021, payment amount was Rs. 1179.But billjuction.com has deduced money of Rs. 15700 from account.I need reimbursement of money.

i made payment through net banking and deducted from my account (sbi }but did not receive payment yet by receiver.please refund me the amount.a/c no [protected] sbi

i made payment today Rs4436/ through net banking to college admission portal payment. And amount deducted from my acount. but did not get credit to receivers account.please refund it to me .I have no extra money to pay.it is urgent.otherwise my admission will cancel.
