We’ve been in communication with Billoomi to develop clothing samples for us for months. First invoice was incorrect. Finally got the correct invoice, paid it December 5th 2022. We just received fit sample images today, January 6th. The samples are extremely poor quality, and not correct. Too many issues with this company to even try doing revisions. The samples look like they were done in a hurry as we gave them a deadline to show us something. We have now requested a refund. They’re not giving us a refund. They have had poor communication and have not been open and transparent about why things have taken so long other than stating “delays.” In our initial phone conversation they told us fit samples would take one week. Ultimately they have not followed through on what they told us and we want a refund. Was this information helpful? |
