I have purchased Binatone Spirit 111N Basic Corded Landline Phone for Office & Home (Black) from Amazon one 3 Mar, 2022. After 10 months it's not working. My land line connection is ok. The receiver is not working.

Pleae look into the matter.

    When this router WR 1500 N2 was installed, I clearly noted the warranty duration and had confirmed it from Triple Play (the dealers) who had duly signed the warranty card.
    Now the dealer AND the company are saying that it won't be for more than a year. And they are so shameless in their denial - its shocking.
    Please do the needful.

      Display of a Instrument not work not work properly, unable to see all digits

      Display of a Instrument not work properly, unable to see all digits while dialing or redialing or any back number. some digits are shown and some not. We purchase that item so that we know dialing or redialing numbers or back numbers or miss calls numbers, But by this complaint of this product i am not satisfied with this and it is no use for me. So, kindly request to you that pls give replacement of this item or refund for it. thanks Product:Binatone...

      Sir, I am a user of wifi modem dt 850w and its adsl is one or the another second becomes and net disconnects I have recorded my complaint but no transactions are made they are telling me that they have to send the modem to bhopal and there it will be repaired and I have bought it from airtel on 30/8/2014.And today is 11/09/2014. please if they could replace the defective piece.

        adsl down. but connections are fine.

        Yesterday, i switched on my modem but only POWER, WLAN and 3 is lit up. On my computer when i used internet the message is- your adsl is down, please check line is plugged correctly. So i checked fr loose connection and also restarted everything but no change at all. From yesterday its the same. My cell phone can detect the modem but internet doesnt work. What should i do? I need immediate internet services so please help me soon....

        binatone corded phone not working properly. there is no connection problem but there is distortion of voice, loose receiver wire, and wire is getting entangled. please change the instrument immediately

          My land line telephone has been fully dead since 19.02.2011. I can't contact with customer care because my telephone is not working and there is no available any other contact no.So, i am facing inconvenient.

          not working properly

          i'm using this product from a month but i'm unable to use the Internet continuously because it automatically resets the connection at an short intervals. i'm feed of this bloody non-sense product from BINATONE. i'm score 0.1 for 10.
