Bindal Agro Chemical Ltd — conversion of shares after changing company name

Address: Ernakulam, Kerala, 682025

I am holding 450 shares of bindal agro chemical under the folio no. Bi285947. Although the company has changed its name from bindal agro chemical ltd to oswal chemicals which is presently known as oswal greentech ltd, i have not received any information so far.

Kindly help me to get the shares converted to oswal greentech ltd so that i can get them dematerilized and kept in digital form.
