Goa Panaji: In a good breakthrough in the Bio Estate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. crypto and MIS pension cheating case, the Economic Offences Cell (EOC) Goa police have arrested the alleged mastermind ex - citibanker shivaji rakhamaji walke behind the multi-crore fraud that cheated residents of Goa.
The Honorable Police said Bio Estate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its directors Shakeel khan, Ghanshyam sharma and agents allegedly cheated Goan residents of crores of rupees by luring them into fraudulent investment schemes and then cheated them
previously since June 2025 in the case, four accused agents — Subhash Bhaskar Dhuri, Digamber N. Bhatt, Mrs Sarika Dinanath Pilankar and Soma Govind Gaonkar — were arrested, got their Anticipatory Bail rejected and are presently in judicial custody.
The Goa EOC police traced the main accused Ex citibanker CA Shivaji s/o late Rakhamaji Walke (48), a Chartered Accountant, resident of Borivali (East), Mumbai, and Director of Bio Estate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
He was arrested and quickly brought to Goa in connection with the said crime and taken 14 day police custody by EOC Goa.
current investigation in the case is in progress under Police inspector Tukaram V. Chavan, supported by DySP EOC Francisco X. Corte and finally strategised by SP EOC Arshi Aadil, IPS.
