The company directors Ghanshyam Sharma and Shakeel Khan already earlier has foul record of KBC fraud MLM company. Since, 50/55 months they have collected money in real estate and crypto currency schemes promising tripple and five times. Now, they selling HISAN Coin and some property in Torsem, Goa. They are not answering mobiles and not repaying capital too. Please be aware of these con artists and scammers.

Both websites reported spam by over 45 users and climbing. Authorized signatory is Fraud Ghanshyam Sharma. They have gathered over 25 lakh rupees from simple Goan people under the pretext of MLM and false promise as always. Never trust this spineless man. His Partner Shakeel Kahn is bigger scammer and threatens of small don and goons if we ask money back. I am helpless. I got papers from Kalyan office as my visit done. Please dont sign paper and clearly see how they are new way of scam again and again. Even after police complaint and few custumers verbal abused in Goa office last week. No shame to these parasites. GOD WILL NOT LEAVE.

I have been Conned by Fraudsters under the scheme of getting 5 times returns in Biocoin crypto in 2017. Not a single rupee of my Hard earned money is returned till now. I am soon filing a Police complaint on CA Shivaji Walke, Ghanshyam sharma and Shakeel Khan Directors of Bio Estate Solutions Pvt Ltd, Kalyan, Mumbai

I am also sending this complaint to the Goa Investment Promotion Board that people from other cities are conning innocent people of Goa.

I am investor (Rs.10, 00, 000+) too in Bio coin group but to say fraud is incorrect. The directors of this company has split and SHIVAJI WALKE has personally taken burden of Biocoin. I have already received two installments in last 40 days and this CMD is Paying genuinely. Yes, have waited for 3 years, but pandemic made us wait and not Biokkoin. I have also recd other roadmap & timelines of receiving payments. My cousin in Goa also recd his 2 installments.

So as per lurking comments that the director Shivaji Walke is fraud is COMPLETELY FALSE and someone maybe conspiring against him.

My son Joy spoke about this website spurring venom about Shivaji Walake, He is a gentleman and answers my calls or calls back. Investment refunds are NOT denied but deferred and only one director Mr, Shivaji Walake is paying up when earlier invested money has been enjoyed by other directors who do not show their face also & fled.

I recd online payment on 22nd march as i did not visit the office earlier. else, i would have gotten 2nd installment also. Just by talking negatively or wrongly accusing someone for fraud is not correct at all. Yes, I am writing the truth my number (86571*****) can call me to verify.
