Bioplannet — delayed process of application and not responding to calls

I'm a Doctor, applied for HAAD initially and changed to DHA application.I paid money to Bioplanet, which claims it to be a global leader in International Healthcare Services. But the very slow processing and poor response from them, made me worried. The date I paid my fees was Nov 2016, till date Aug 2017 I haven't written my examination. Bioplanet staff worked really hard, until they get the money from me. But after that, they never gave me proper update on time. Everyday I call them, either they won't pick up or they would say they will call me back. I'm going through stress and mental pressure because of their careless attitude. My advice to everyone, if you choose to work in UAE, please don't go with the sluggish Bioplanet.
