I have Birla lifestyle artic hi tech cooler model no. AC 20L 03. Few years back we have purchased this cooler for home use and I must say this is the best and sturdy to use in this category. But recently it stopped working and when I called repair person to repair it they said just scrap it because it can not be repaired due to UNAVAILABILITY of parts and components in market n get a new one from symphony.
My complaint is about the spares n components availablity in market for BIRLA LIFESTYLE.
People buying these brand products only because of quality and trust me they are the best in segment but then why they don't provide support for those products.
