Birla Institute Of Technology — Regarding school declining to issue admit card

Respected sir my son is reading in birla school pilani, tomorrow is his board exam of class 10 but school is declining to issue admit card on pretext of not submitting fees although we requested them to give us some time but school authorities are adamant on not issuing admit card. there are some other students also. kindly take suitable action at earliest...thank you
