I am writing to bring to your attention the severe issues caused by the operation of a chicken shop located in our residential area. The shop named Bismillah Chicken Centre, located at H. No. 8-3- 633/84, Tawakkal Nagar, Yellareddy guda, Ameerpet, Hyd, 500073, has become a significant source of concern due to multiple reasons which are negatively impacting the health and well-being of the residents and the environment.

1)Foul Odor and Mosquito Infestation: The chicken shop emits a foul odor that permeates the entire neighborhood, making it unbearable to reside in the vicinity. Furthermore, the unsanitary conditions have led to a significant increase in mosquito breeding, posing a serious risk of vector-borne diseases.

2)Drainage Leaks and Blood Spoilage: The drainage system around the chicken shop is often clogged and leaks, resulting in blood and other waste from the shop spilling onto the road. This not only creates an unsightly and unhygienic environment but also poses a health hazard to pedestrians and residents.

3)Rude Staff and Disregard for Regulations: The staff of the chicken shop have been observed to be rude and uncooperative towards residents who have raised concerns about the unsanitary conditions. Additionally, the shop appears to operate with a blatant disregard for regulations by dumping waste directly into drains, contributing to environmental pollution and contamination.

4)Land Pollution and Contamination: The indiscriminate dumping of waste by the chicken shop has led to land pollution in the surrounding area. The accumulation of waste not only degrades the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood but also poses long-term environmental hazards.

These issues are not only causing inconvenience but also posing serious health risks to the residents.

It is evident that the operation of this chicken shop is causing significant harm to the well-being of the residents and the environment. Therefore, I urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action to address these issues by removing the shop from the residential area.
