[Resolved]  Bitoodle Online Service Limited — Ordered a card 2 days before but didn't receive any tracking id

Hey I have a complaint regard an teenager app named as ypay so on 11 may 2021 I have ordered a debit card in ypay app so I have contacted the customer service regarding tracking id and how can I track the card in app too so I have mailed them contacted them on insta, Facebook and Twitter to not a single response recieved and main reson is that their customer support is too rubbish as there is no customer support in app and I have googled regarding contact no of ypay but still they don't recieve calls if they are unable to ship or dispatched the card they should notify me through any means of communication but still they have not fixed the issue I have @consumercomplaint will help me.😭
I hope they will notify me after the complaint ✋

My name is tanishq yadav I am a teenager who ordered a debit card with ypay but the card was not deliver the tracking id shows that the card is undelivered but they do not back my money to my account and not give me my debit card so please help me and give me my I justice that the debit card was delivered on my address please help me 😭
