I am filing this complaint to raise awareness and caution others regarding my experience with Bizsharp.
In good faith, I was assigned a BPO project by Bizsharp with clearly defined terms and deliverables, including a fixed payment agreement upon successful completion. I carried out the work exactly as per the instructions provided and submitted all deliverables on time.
However, once the work was submitted, all communication from their side stopped. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and phone, there was no response, and no payment was made.
Upon investigating further, I discovered that I am not alone. Over 50 individuals have faced similar treatment from this company. We have since formed a group of victims who were promised work, completed it professionally, and were then ignored or blocked.
This appears to be a pattern of intentional exploitation, where projects are assigned to multiple people, work is collected, and then payments are denied. There seems to be no intent from Bizsharp to fulfill their contractual or ethical obligations.
I strongly urge:
All freelancers and small business owners to exercise extreme caution before working with Bizsharp
Authorities and consumer forums to investigate this pattern of behavior
I am posting this to protect others from facing similar losses and emotional stress.
