I enrolled my son for byjus classes for 3 years and withing one month I found the programme not helpful and not solving the purpose of me joining him so wanted to cancel and requested with req no31816881 but there is no proper response from the contact centre and not accepting my requesting. I was not told about 15 days cancellation policy and it was within one month Iam giving the request and they simply denying and when I contacted the centre they simply kept me on hold for more than 40 minutes and no one was to take my calls.
