I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your
attention an ongoing issue with my Black and decker geyser, which is
currently under warranty.
I initially reported the problem on November 6th, and since then, no one has approach to get the service done.
However, despite daily follow-ups with the service center on contact number [protected] since Monday, there has been no resolution. Each time I inquire, I am told
it will be done.
Given the prolonged inconvenience and the delay in resolving the
problem, I kindly request that if a solution cannot be provided
promptly, a refund for the product be initiated. As the geyser is
still under warranty, I believe this would be a fair and reasonable
course of action.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to
