Black Collars — Wrong product received

Hello I have received a wrong product, i was supposed to receive a Navy Blue Floral Print Half Sleeves Shirt, but i received a cloth material, it was clearly mentioned in the invoice that i purchased a shirt and not a cloth material, and they are not replying to my email and dm on Instagram
