I made a purchase of Rs 27000/- from Blackberrys Store Gandhi Nagar Jammu a few days back. the offer available that time clearly said that i am entitled to get a Suitcase free with the purchase made however the suitcase was not available at the time so the store provided me with a laptop bag. after a few days the suitcase was available so i went to the store and told them to makethe exchange with they refused. i put up complaints on the online site but not a satisfactory response.
