Black/yellow Mumbai Taxi — Black/yellow taxi fraud meter

I took a black and yellow taxi from Juhu to go to marine drive. The meter of the taxi was covered in black tape only the price was visible. The meter was defective. For just 5 kms it showed 1200/-. When we told him to stop and asked him about the price he became violent and started abusing. He was not letting us get out of the taxi without paying. The number of the taxi is MH 01 AT 7194. MODEL- Santro.
Also he asked us to give some money in advance to fill petrol. He said to give 1000/- which he will later adjust accordingly. Later he refused and said we gave him 600/- only and then gave him 600/- more as the meter reading was showing 1200/- for just 5 kms. We told him to stop at 800/- then he increased the speed and said he will stop at next chowk. And then just after 2 mins the meter reading was 1200/-.
