Many time i try to request for return but i got back mail *user not found* and (9101244017869) a Leadline number is attached in box but its also not available

The product I received is of very poor quality. Not as shown in the picture. It's the posture correction belt. Now I am trying to reach them but they don't have a customer care number online. And not even they are replying to my messages and mails.

The product purchased by me MicroTouch all in one Personal Trimmer Nax which was shipped on 13th Dec 2019 is not of a good quality and I wish to return the product and request you to initiate the refund for the same at the earliest into my bank account.
I purchased one product Slice n Dice, online from your Facebook promotion portal. I want to return it as the quality is third class and the good quality product bis already available on cheaper rates.
