IN[protected] my return request was already approved but Ecom express courier come to pick up my package and tell me to your products was quality check and then decline my pick up so please help me immediately and arrange my pick up for refund to immediately today as soon as possible
I hope you understand my concern seriously and solve my problem priority basis

This season of bigg boss is not entertaining like previous season 14, please stop telecast of this season and repeat telecast of last season.

My myntra order got canceled due to technical issue which I ordered in huge now the pricesare hiked i want my orders back in same price

Sir,
Under the instructions and authority given by my client m/s. Rishi it solutions 6-3-248/c, sky worth building, 3rd floor, road no.1, banjara hills, hyderabad – 500 034 through its partner mr. Abhishek kumar agarwal, i hereby issue you the following legal notice,
1. Our client m/s rishi it solutions., is a registered partnership firm represented by its partner, mr. Abhishek kumar agarwal having regd office address at 6-3-248/c, sky worth building, 3rd floor road no.1 banjara hills, hyderabad – 500 034.

2. That my client has entered into the contract for 1 slots of international bpo process and for which my client has paid an amount of rs. 3, 50, 000/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand only) on 08th january’ 2016 & 12th april’ 2016 from union bank of india, secunderabad branch.

3. That, you have not acted as per the agreed terms between my client and you. As per the agreed terms of contract you have not activated the contract within 30 days from the date of contract. As you have breached the conditions of the contract therefore my client has cancelled / terminated the contract on dt. 30.06.2016 and also requested to release the amount. My client has paid salaries to the staff that was haired for the training propose and other administrative expenses incurred by my client has to be paid by you to my client along with interest @ 24% till as on date.
4. That as per account maintained by my client an amount receivable from you as on date is rs. 7, 50, 805/- (Rupees seven lakhs fifty thousand eight hundred & five only) is found to due and outstanding against you after the cancellation of the contract and as per the nda that was been entered between you and my client the amount to be refunded within 45 days from the date of cancellation. After lots of follow up and emails you have send few cheques in the month of january’ 2017 to my client and again the same have returned unpaid due to insufficient funds and when my client have tried to contact you and your team, there was no proper response and which has just forced my client to proceed to the legal action against you and your company if you fail to clear the above said amount.

5. That my client has all the proofs about your selling of the false contracts and have all the evidences from the social media and details of all the scams that have been done by your company and by all your team members

That, hence this is finally issuing legal notice to you call upon to you to pay an amount of rs. 7, 50, 805/- (Rupees seven lakhs fifty thousand eight hundred & five only) to my client within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice, failing up on which my client will file criminal complaint u/sec 405, 406, 409, 420 and 34 of indian penal code against you, for which you will be held responsible for further costs and consequences.

I represent m/s white oak interactive pvt ltd, headed by mr. Suyog kulkarni, through mr. Satish dongre who retired from syntel who convinced me to do business with hiren shah who is the owner of bless mantra infotech and transport mantra and many such fraudulent companies

This fraud person from ahmedabad, had rented office at satellite area. Very honestly on my personal front i stupidly trusted this man and his team.

Coming from a technical background i trusted his legal documents, sla on a rs. 100 stamp paper with a complete assured daily income via data entry for uk healthcare and insurance. Since mr dongre being such a senior retired person coming from a good source i trusted them and visited his office to see projects and sign on papers and agreed to do business.

The documents where extremely tempting to be true which was legal in its own way. Besides it came with 2 cheques of rs. 10, 00, 000 each (Collectively 20 lacs) of cheque payment from his company account, which again gave an assurance that it was a pvt ltd company cheque.

The moment we received the papers, sla, 2 cheques, we immediately scanned all the papers, documents, cheque copies to saraswat bank limited senior most officers to advise if all looked right (I agree these respected folks were not official consultants nor are they supposed to consult us, however on personal and business grounds, assuming innocently by me that as my bankers, they would kind of do due diligence and alert us if the company was fraud or anything was not right…

As bankers they had given us od and cc accounts for which under my company they gave us funding for 50 lacs which was at very high interest rate at 12.50% and all my properties were attached towards the loan which was for buying office property at lodha suprimus, thane and for executing the business as mentioned above.

I rented a huge office so as top accommodate almost 138 employees to run the projects, i was really excited to think that white oak was really taking a good shape and i with support of my family was actually running house holds of so many families.in good faith and high upbringing myself, i ensured every comfort to my employees, specifically we were extremely high paying companies who treated everyone as family and gave entire freedom to operate and do the work.

I pulled the show for some 3 months without getting a single rupee from bless mantra as they were giving excuses that uk client has to process many formalities to remit funds as this is a fresh project and i shooed expect pending payments. But fate had very different plans for me as the fraudsters had already consumed my deposits made in tune to 27 lacs (Yes, i did official nefts and cheque payments to them)

Excuses piled up and i and my family were going really broke and had eventually spent every singly rupee on maintaining the huge running costs, rent. Electricity bills, consumables and salaries. The other factor was we purchased machinery, computers, servers to run the show as eventually the payments promised were very high so as to recover the cape

When i exhausted my payments, they started avoiding every calls and communications were plugged off. For almost 19 hours my entire family worked in shifts (My wife had to leave her job for managing projects)

We stopped the projects and asked employees to resign as no payments came from anywhere. We paid salaries by selling, begging, borrowing all that we had and still some payments are pending to my core team till date.

Eventually banks took my flats and recovered the monies and i still owe them half of the loan chunk (They though knew that i was a victim of a fraud had not stopped charging my heavy interest, which i don’t any way expect as they are a profit making entity and not expected to have any kind of soft corner or a heart to see a budding honest entrepreneur survive, i was almost on the streets because of this planned fraud, for which i felt victim, but my honest intention was to see my company grow and with me, my team and their families also grow and become financially independent

Only because of so much of good will and good deed, many of my family friends, clients had really came forward like god sent and i was able to stay put and positive to face the grim reality now. Single day was becoming horror tale and we all stood rock solid. My overall losses, expenses (Ignoring mental trauma) mounted to rs. 2 crores in direct losses) only because of hiren shah and varun & diksha shah (From inter exito)

Currently i have lodged a legal case against bless mantra and hiren patel in 2017, respected lawyer jaideep thakker who is a very big name have been kind to fight to get me justice, however because of no funds, i am unable to take this forward. The summons are to reach hiren so that my money which took away my heart, blood and soul returns to me and i would be able to repay all those who have helped me and stood by me.

I can say in confidence that this person must have duped 100s and 1000s of innocent people and companies and this racket is running in some big crores. I really pity his parents (If they are not aware) and shame if they know about his frauds. And his wife as to how she married this kind of fraudsters, and got help if she is partner in crime

This kind of people are a stigma to society, a parasite who sucks blood even from the dead. I do not know how many people might have committed suicide for his fraud. So far many individuals have contacted me and we have formed a watsapp group against this man and his company

I request anybody and everybody who has reached this line to refrain from such people and see if anything can be done to not only recover my precious monies but lacs of good folks like me.

I respect and have faith in my countries judicial system and hope someday i will get my monies and he be put behind bars for life time

Our company signed up with Bless Mantra and we paid Rs. 3, 00, 000 for signup the data entry project. After signing up initial week they corporate with us but as time passes they are in their original colors. We provide two month workload i.e. 80, 000 forms. They provide us 40, 000 form for a month to filled up but the data is unable to read because the font family is monotype and problems in space & upper lower cases. Now we check that...

I had booked flat in Mantra Moments Moshi in Oct'12 at that time told that possession will be given by Dec'14. He purposely delayed our agreement by a year & at the time of agreement told possession will be after 3 years from date of possession if this is not agreed then you can cancel flat. also for his benefit he increased flat area by adding earlier lobby into flat salable area & increased loading just to get more profit. also he is not giving facilities what being told at the time of flat booking.

We outsourced Data entry project from this consultancy but they provide such a fake data entry projects and take my 3, 00, 000 hard core money...PLease be sure that they do not have any process and they do not have any business also.Spinning brands and event management.
