I have purchased one earbud on 15th sept 2026 from blinkit application and it was delivered within 20min when I was received the product it was not on due battery is fully discharged samething delivery person show he told me that if any problem face then put complaint in application it was returned or refund.
Today I have complaint in application that this earbud battery was draining too fast so one customer support person connected I have explained all things but he was saying that product is ok it was unable to process your request and his name karthik I have taken chat screenshot.
