I am facing continuous harassment from Blinkit (Eternal Limited). For an order placed in 24 January 2025 (UPI RRN:[protected], Blinkit completely failed to provide a legal tax invoice for OVER 10 DAYS, delaying my manufacturer warranty registration.
When escalated via National Consumer Helpline (Docket: 8799789), their support team made multiple errors, repeatedly sending me incorrect invoices from my past order history instead of the correct one. Additionally, their grievance desk refused to provide an internal ticket tracking number when requested on March 7, 2026.
While they finally emailed the correct invoice after immense follow-up, they are flatly denying the ₹1, 000 compensation for the severe service deficiency, accounting errors, and 10 days of documented mental agony.
