Order #1982197UL – Blissclub
I returned all items through their pickup partner as per their process.
Their system shows pickup was completed (1 item received), but they are denying refund for remaining items, claiming they were not received.
No receipt or acknowledgment was provided at the time of pickup, and now they are shifting responsibility to the customer instead of resolving internal logistics issues.
Complaint already filed with National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 9112152).
