Ref: Consignment Note No. 478 dated 9/7/17
With reference to the above, certain items were received in damaged/broken condition. I have been repeatedly calling the Ahmedabad office from 21/7/17, talked with Mr. Ravi but not getting any response. Since last 5 days, even my phone calls are being avoided.
My goods were picked on 9/7/17 and was promised that it will be delivered to destination within six days. However, after calling up several times, I finally received it on 21/7/17, and many of the items were either wet, damaged or broken.
Please note that I have also paid them INSURANCE CHARGES. Items received in damaged condition are as under.
1. The leg of Refrigerator is broken and the steel strip on which the leg is
attached is bent.
2. Ply of Bed is damaged, lamination and wood is broken.
3. Wooden chairs are damaged.
4. Swing is broken.
Additionally, I was told that certain items will be packed at godown, but when delivered to me at destination, I find it were not packed at all. The service I have received is way below standards and many false commitments are made.
It has been more than 2 weeks since any action is taken from BlueDart and more than a week my calls are repeatedly being ignored or given false hopes that something will be done..
