We have used transactional sms from SMS LEADS on our website for registering with OTP.The user do not get OTP through msg on time . SMS gets delivered 45 mins to 5 hrs late due to which we lost a lot o[censored]sers coming on our website. when we call them they cut our call.also we asked for refund and told them to take their sms back but they said this cannot be done.We have paid Rs.12, 300 to them .This problem is occuring from past 2 mnths and we are calling them time to time as we get to know feedback from our users.
We require help from Indian consumer court. already 5 complaints have been registered against this company but no issue has been resolved yet. mine is really serious . they do not respond effectively and the executives i have talked to have names Jyoti, Yogita and Dipanshi. I want you to take a look into my matter as this issue may have been arised with all of their clients and their complaints might have not even been registered over here.
