Respected Sir,

I am providing all the details of the matter as mentioned below:-

Membership details
Blue mountain Resort and Hospitality LLP will be abbreviated as :- BMRH
Member ID : M847
Category : Gold
Membership amount: 150777/-
Paid amount : 150777/- on 16.04.2022 through HDFC and IDFC Credit card
Payments components breakup:-
1.HDFC bank Credit card:- 72001/-
2.IDFC bank credit card :- 64001/-
3.Cash :- 14775
Total 150777/-

Offers promised as mentioned below:-

1) Free Foreign tour of 4 nights 5 days (Lodging, boarding including pickup and drop from home to home) all complementary offered promised but not showing in welcome kit letter instead it is showing as NIL in offer section.

2) It was agreed to pay sum of Rs 150777/- through EMI to BMRH that no interest will be charged on outstanding payment in EMI but fraudulently and wrongly the whole amount was paid to BMRH and EMI converted onto our HDFC credit card and IDFC credit card therefore we have to bear EMI conversion rates on respective credit cards and the GST charges also.

3) Various complementary offers like 5 Nos of ( movie tickets, vip passes for entertainment events and candle light dinner restaurant passes per year ) for 10 years etc offered and agreed but not received yet and also no mention of all these offers in the welcome kit offer letter.

To avoid further wastage of all the respective parties Time, energy and money

As i have already wasted lots of time, energy and money to get refund from customer care of BMRH including activities such as :-
1. Visiting their office once
2. Several calls and SMS, Whatsapp messages, and several emails
All have gone wasted
so tired and with lots of hope i come to your mercy

In one word solution I request you to get arranged my Refund of Full membership amount of 150777/- without any negotiation or alternate solution.

I am confident and have faith to get above problem solved in one stroke.
