I would like to bring to public attention a serious and ongoing fraud being carried out by Blue Mountain Resort & Hospitality, which is trapping innocent customers through false commitments, misleading sales pitches, and unethical business practices.
Modus Operandi (How the Fraud Works)
1. Customers are invited to reputed 4–5-star hotels (Marriott, Hyatt, etc.) with the promise of a free gift.
2. During the presentation, sales executives make several false commitments, including:
o 2 Nights / 3 Days free trial stay at a 5-star hotel
o Zero-cost EMI holiday membership plans
o Birthday and anniversary celebrations for listed members
o Assurance that Purple category membership provides only 5-star hotels
o 100% refund within 15 days if the customer does not want to continue
o Membership transfer within 60 days
3. Customers are pressured to make immediate payments using cards, EMI, or loans.

What Happens After Payment
• None of the promises made during sales are honoured.
• The sales executive stops responding immediately after payment.
• When customers contact the company, they are told that:
“Commitments were given by the sales person and not by the company.”
• In many cases, the sales executive resigns shortly after closing the sale.
• Refund and cancellation requests are ignored or rejected.
• Customers who persist are blocked, threatened, or misled further.
Misrepresentation & False Credibility Claims
The company falsely uses or misrepresents:
• ISO 9001 certification
• Names/logos of reputed hotel brands
• Media awards and “Best Service” awards
• Claims of recognition from the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat
These are used only to gain customer trust and have no real backing.
Impact
• Hundreds of families have reportedly lost large amounts of money.
• Customers face mental harassment, financial loss, and stress.
• The company continues to operate freely and trap new customers daily.
I am one of the victims and have documents, payment proofs, screenshots, agreements, and communication records to support my complaint.
Relief Sought
1. Immediate investigation into Blue Mountain Resort & Hospitality
2. Refund of money collected through false commitments
3. Public warning to prevent more consumers from being cheated
4. Strict action by consumer protection authorities

🔔 Public Advisory
I strongly advise consumers to avoid Blue Mountain Resort & Hospitality and similar holiday membership companies that demand immediate payment based on verbal promises.
I was also approached with attractive offers, promised premium stays with no hidden charges, and was pressured into making a quick payment without being given enough time to properly review the terms. However, when I tried to book later, additional charges were demanded and the commitments made during the sales pitch were not honored.
This clearly feels like a case of misleading sales practices and unfair trade behavior. I completely understand the stress and inconvenience this causes.
I am currently trying to figure out the best way to get a refund. If anyone here has successfully resolved a similar issue or knows the proper process (legal or otherwise) to recover the amount, please guide me.
Also, if you have any reliable contact details. please share them. It would really help in taking this forward.
