On June 17th, 2019, Blue orange venture called up pretending to give offer for ICICI credit card customers and deducted Rs.8950/- through a payment link they sent. The information given on phone is different from their welcome mail. Only after payment they write in welcome mail that they are not offering these deals from any bank.
Their Offered hotel deals and shopping discounts also has conditions-
To redeem any offer, customer has to send them DD of Rs. 99 or Rs. 500 to avail the offer. This was not communicated via telephone conversation.
ICICI bank is no help at all. They support Blue Orange and does not want to revert the charge. When I call Blue Orange, they threaten that money will not be refunded and I cannot do anything to them.
I want my money refunded and the company arrested for fraud and scam.
