it is inform to your notice that i have purchase portable ac 1 ton 5 years ago. I want its general service. I am a defence personal and posted at air force lohegaon pune. My area pin code is 411032. On daily basis from last four days i m calling to your bluestar service centre pune on mob no.[protected] and the service engineer mob - [protected] was given to me for service. He daily promised me that he will come. Hence on last four days this process is going on but he did not come. Last four days ur customer care and ur engineer hampered my time and my government service hours. My mob no [protected] (ajit singh). Please do the needful action and resolve my issue of general service of your company product.
