I have purchased bluebird stabilizer 5kva/100v from gemini electricals dwarka mode. It has one year warranty. At the time of purchase dealer told it has door service so if any problem service engineer will visit and resolved the issue at my place. The stabilizer is crating a problem and also not giving output so i call the call center ph[protected] and report the complain. The cal center people told me we are unable to provide service on your door. Bluebird company customer care lady asking me to bring the stabilizer to the service center in wazirpur delhi which is aprox 25km from my home. At the time of sales they told me it is best stabilizer and it has door service for any problem. Its not completed 1yr also and having many different - different issue with out put also. This you people call as best product.
Please send some engineer to my place resolved the issue as today before day end.
