Bluechip — disturbing with too many unsolicited calls

My phone number is on dnd mode but some one with the phone numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] had been calling at my cell number continuously and are saying they are from bluechip. When asked how they have received my number, there is no response. They are calling me minimum 15 times in a day and some times with no gap. When i blocked the first number, then they started calling from number starting with 78460.. Looks like some one is doing purposedly. I get important calls too on my number and iam worried that i would be missing because of these calls.
