I having a problem with bluedart courier because of their employee, when i call and asking about the product, then they said, it is not our responsibility to deliver product at your home.
They refuses to give delivery and said we are not your servant, if you needed then pick up from office, otherwise we return that product to the amazon
When i call again and request to deliver product at my home, then they don't pick the call.
I call and talk about the phone which oli order recently to not return it, if i am late to pick from your office.
It is in panipat now and it will out for delivery on 19 dec 2017 so, i call before delivery so he did not return my package if i am late to pick up from their office.
Then he frustrated and using abuse language and said i return your redmi y1 lite which cost is rs 6999 before it is out for delivery,

But i know he don't deliver that parcel to me and show it is delivered as i expected with their talking way.
He said he is the head and you can do nothing. Amazon don't do anything, amazon depends on ours not we depend on their.
In that case please take a follow up if i don't received parcel as he show it is delivered
In this case i want police help if parcel will not deliver, please take follow for further quries
If you not taking that matter seriously then i will not buy even a single product from amazon.
Without consumer amazon is nothing, please taking a step and complaint to the higher priority.

As you said customer satisfaction is your first priority so, i am happy, satisfied if you punish him and. Raise a complaint to your higher priority and contact with bluedart.
