Bluelady.in — wrong product received

I had ordered a kurti from Bluelady.in website. with order no. 23166 But the parcel that I received does not contain my requested items but clothes cut in small pieces. I have paid a sum of Rs.538/-. The delivery boy gave the parcel, took my signature and the money and ran away before I open the parcel. I request you sir to please help me get my ordered items or else my money back...
i am fill order return form many times but your responce is 000 pls return product otherwise we will see in consumer court
