I requested to install Jiosaavn application on above purchased car audio system.
Currently system is within warranty.
From last 3 weeks I was taking followup for JioSaavan installation thru playstore to Bluepunkt services, they continuosly avoid to work on it.
However Bluepunkt device shows error- 'This app won't work for your device'
Jiosaavn required Android 5 and above, where as my Bluepunkt Keylargo970 Android 9 version is available.
This error is due to modified operating system by Bluepunkt engineer in last servicing.
I requested many times to Bluepunkt to install correct (non customized) Android operating system and resolve issue, but they are offering to install custom .apk of Jiosaavn app which may be potential threat for data privacy and which act may be a breach of code of conduct (in terms of data piracy)
Still I requested to resolve this issue by putting correct Android system which will resolve this issue and also support all default apps from Play-store
Else please replace it with working system.
