Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally escalate a consumer complaint regarding a Blue Star Water Dispenser purchased from Croma, which has remained unresolved for the past 8 months despite repeated service requests and multiple escalations.
Throughout this period, the issue has not been resolved. Instead, several service tickets have been closed without resolution and incorrectly marked as “Customer Denied Service, ” even though no service visit took place.
Recently, I received a response from the Nodal Officer suggesting that the issue is related to earthing, which clearly indicates that the previous communications shared from my side have not been properly reviewed. As already explained multiple times, the machine had been functioning on the same electrical line for several months without any earthing issue. Additionally, due to the inability of the assigned technicians to properly diagnose the problem, I had to hire an external electrician at my own expense, who inspected the setup and confirmed that there is no earthing issue.
The continued malfunction of the equipment has disrupted office operations and caused inconvenience to staff, clients, and visitors, and the repeated closure of complaint tickets without proper resolution raises serious concerns regarding service accountability.
Considering the prolonged delay, repeated miscommunication, and the financial and operational inconvenience faced over the last 8 months, I am formally requesting the following resolution:
• Full refund of the product cost
• Reimbursement of the additional expenses incurred
• Appropriate compensation for the prolonged inconvenience and mental harassment caused
Since there has been no meaningful resolution from either Croma or Blue Star, this email is being escalated to the concerned consumer authorities for intervention.
All relevant documents are available and can be provided as supporting evidence if required.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into this matter and assist in resolving it at the earliest.
