We purchased a self cabinet through Amazon from Bluewud seller. But the product was damaged & it wast standing properly. It was in 10days return policy. After receiving the produc, within 2days(i.e 28th October, 23) we called Amazon and Bluewud customer support (i.e [protected]) and send them respective photos & video regarding the same. Then Bluewud customer support told they will pickup by 3/5days. But after 7days also they didn't pick the item. I called them again and this time they gave me another no of their pickup team (i.e [protected]) and in this number after calling 15/20times they received and told that they will pickup by 7th November i.e yesterday. But unfortunately another false commitment. And Amazon is also doing the same.
Very pathetic service from Bluewud.
