I placed an order with Blumon.in for 2 jeans worth ₹1299/- on 9th January 2024. My order number was #12289476. On 18th January, I checked the website to see that the order status showed: delivered. However, I hadn’t received any such delivery. When I checked the website thoroughly, I saw that there was no option to contact them except for a Whatsapp number: [protected]. I reached out to them on their Whatsapp number, but they never reverted. I even tried calling on the number, but there was no response.
I think this is a fraud website, posing as Bluemon, (notice the extra ‘e’ in ‘Bluemon, ’ the fraud website is spelt ‘Blumon’) which is probably a legitimate brand. They are using this brand’s name and their details to fool people. It has almost been a month. I would like my refund. Please look into the matter.
