Bm Cargo — my cargo is missing for last 6 months

I need your help bm cargo - who claim door to door service are stealing items and cheating with the customers. They dont delivery all items
My one box is missing from last 6 month and they keep saying next week next week which hasn't come till today. I have tried all option

Such service providers should be black listed and their business should bi am waiting for last 6 months and followed up several times but bm cargo stopped responding.

Please help me out
