I’ve raised multiple complaints with BMC. No response from the technician who came. He came without tools to check. Gave the required things for opening the meter. He opened the meter and left it loose only and saying that the plumbing isn’t done appropriately. Call plumber and get those fixed first. When I asked him if there’s an issue with plumber why is the water not coming the main line. Without responding he spoke to his boss and left. Was this information helpful? |
