BMP — garbage collection workers

I am resident of ramamurty nagar, sir mv nagar, 4th main. We are facing very difficult with garbage collection party. They are not coming to collect garbage even weekly once. Resulting we are dumping the garbage in houses due to which children health affecting. Even when the team come in weekly once they are demanding money. It's not a good sign. Concerned officers please look into the matter and do some strict action against these defaulters
