Respected sir,
Initially, I tried to pay the LIC premium (Policy Number[protected] through PAYTM but the transaction failed after entering the OTP for payment and the details of this order are as: (Order ID- [protected], Time-12:43:00 PM, Date-21/09/2020, Amount-9106.38) and the amount had been deducted.
After failing the above first time order, I have tried again and this transaction became successful and detail of the order is as: (Order ID- [protected], Time-12:47:14 PM, Date-21/09/2020, Amount-9106.38).
Thus, the amount has been deducted twice for the same policy. Again I contacted the LIC office to confirm if they have received payment twice but they confirmed that payment has been received for a time only. No extra amount has been received.
Till 05 Oct 2020, the amount has not been refunded in the respective bank account and the failed order details have been removed from the PAYTM application.
