My Policy No. is[protected]
DOB 01.04.1985
Sumeet Anand
Premium amount Rs.12, 130/-

I have already paid my premium for my Policy No. is[protected] on 01.06.2021 and the copy of the acknowledgement ship is attached herewith for your reference.

Again on 24.06.2021 Premium amount Rs.12, 130/- for my Policy No. is[protected] was directed from SBI Account.

So, double payment for the same premium was deducted.

I kindly request you to please refund my one premium amount of Rs. 12, 130/- which wrongly paid in double.

Please refund the same at the earliest.
